Return Policy for Items Sold Online

Cerrone Jewellers Pty Ltd has a 30 day policy from the date of purchase. Please choose carefully as we are not obliged to provide a refund or allow an exchange simply because you changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. Notify us immediately if you received an incorrect or faulty item and we will assist you regarding the process on how to return the items. We will require a Return Authorization Number which will be provided by our online support representative. Items online can not be returned to a physical store.

We shall pay for or reimburse you for any shipping cost to return the faulty or incorrect item to us. Potential refund of shipping cost will be issued by direct deposit or cheque at your own discretion within 7 days upon receipt of goods. Also, we shall notify you regarding time frame of replacing the items.

Incorrect Item

In the instance where the item received differs from the description on the website, please inform us immediately. We are happy to assist you regarding the process of returning the goods to us.

Faulty Piece/ Damaged in Transit

If you received a faulty item, kindly provide us detailed information about it so we can assess the piece properly. Items found without any defects will be returned to you at your own cost.

We will not refund or replace a product where in reasonable opinion the product has become of unacceptable condition due to misuse and failure to take reasonable care.

If the item has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will require photos of the item, the packaging and the box it came in to support your claim.

Shipping

Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon dispatch of the goods. Products purchased online from Cerrone Jewellers are eligable for shipping to Australia only. We use Australia Post or Australian Express and shipping is free within Australia.

Delivery of Items Sold Online

Subject to this Agreement, we will supply to you the products shown on your order confirmation.

Products may not be available for immediate delivery but we will endeavour to deliver your order to you within five (5) to ten (10) working days of the order being placed. Unfortunately we cannot deliver an order of multiple items to different delivery addresses. In this instance, you must order items separately and assign the different delivery addresses to each.

All deliveries must be signed for and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. All items will be sent by Australian Air Express which will have a tracking number and proof of delivery. In the instance where you are unable to take delivery of your items in person or if you have not received them within a reasonable period please Contact Us for further instructions.

When buying online, you have the option to pick up your order from your nearest Cerrone Store. Upon completion of payment we will send you an email confirmation and the store will contact you directly to confirm when your order will be ready to pick up. Please be reminded that the person who place the order may pick up the item and will be required to provide credit card used to purchase, valid ID and copy of your order confirmation.
