NADIA BARTEL VISITS CERRONE HQ AND THE WORKSHOP

NADIA BARTEL VISITS CERRONE HQ AND THE WORKSHOP

Fashion and style icon Nadia Bartel recently visited us at HQ and was given a behind-the-scenes look into how our handcrafted diamond engagement rings are made. Nadia designed her bespoke engagement ring with us in 2013. Here’s what she had to say:

“I was so excited to make the trip to Sydney to visit my favourite jewellers. It brought back incredible memories of the last time I was at their Leichhardt Head Office (which is home to the original Cerrone boutique plus their workshop) back in 2013 when I was picking my engagement ring.

I chose Cerrone back then because they are renowned for creating rings that are more unusual and unique, using super high-quality diamonds. They are also the largest jewellery handcrafted workshop in Australia, so you know you have the best people working on your ring, and you will get a ring that is special, and no one else will have.

I loved visiting the team back then, walking through the workshop to see how all the rings are created from scratch, using a diamond rough. That is what I find most interesting about Cerrone- you can be involved in every step, selecting your diamond or gem and designing a piece that you will wear forever. I love that some of the artisans have been with Cerrone for over 30 years, working on traditional machinery it is so great to watch them create beautiful pieces.

For all my Melbourne friends, Cerrone who previously only had stores in Sydney, launched their first Melbourne store in 2016, located at 260 Collins St, so we can now enjoy their incredible service too. I am always popping in there to check out new pieces.

My sister recently got engaged, and we had so much fun in Cerrone trying on different engagement rings, I can’t wait to show you what my sister chose soon.”
