Cerrone Jewellers are committed to providing you with the finest jewellery and exceptional customer service. The Shipping and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipping, delivery and return of products purchased from our online store. By placing an order with Cerrone Jewellers, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE
Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the recipient upon dispatchment of the goods. Cerrone Jewellers is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs after dispatch from Cerrone Head Office, provided that the goods were dispatched in good condition with appropriate packaging.
SHIPPING FEES
Cerrone offers complimentary express shipping with tracking within Australia only, for all online purchases over $150.00 that are purchased online from Cerrone Jewellers.
Any orders under $150.00 will incur an additional shipping fee of AUD$25.00 which will be automatically added to your cart prior to checkout.
International orders will be charged international shipping rates through our chosen carrier FEDEX. These charges are subject to change.
Purchasers ordering from outside of Australia are responsible for paying any applicable international taxes which may vary based on the destination country’s regulations.
Due to the delicate nature of certain items, additional shipping fees may apply. This includes, but is not limited to, the 50th Anniversary Commemorative Cerrone Book.
RETURNS
RETURNS CONDITIONS
If the item/s does not meet your satisfaction you are welcome to a return within 30 days of the purchase date.
You may be offered an exchange of your item or store credit to the product purchased amount. We do not offer full refunds. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, and must not show signs of wear or damage.
Should the item/s being returned show signs of wear or damage the exchange or store credit amount may be limited or denied.
Cerrone Jewellers do not offer returns or exchanges for certain items, including but not limited to:
- The 50th Anniversary Commemorative Cerrone Book;
- Engraved items;
- Custom made/bespoke items;
- Items that have been altered or resized at the customer’s request;
- Earrings;
- items purchased on sale or with a discount code;
and - Gift cards.
ONLINE RETURNS PROCESS
To initiate your return, please email contact@cerrone.com.au for further instructions. Online purchases can also be returned in store.
Please keep your original postage satchel to assist with returning your parcel by post.
Return shipping fee is at the customer's own cost. We recommend using a return shipping method with tracking. Cerrone Jewellers is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Once your return has been received your exchange or credit note can take up to 10 business days (excluding weekends) to be processed by our returns team. This time frame is an estimate and may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
DELIVERY OF ITEMS SOLD ONLINE
DELIVERY TIME FRAME
Subject to this Agreement, Cerrone Jewellers will honour and supply the products shown online and purchased.
Products may not be available for immediate delivery but we will endeavour to deliver your order to you within 5 to 10 working days of the order being placed. This is an estimated time frame and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or customs processing for international orders.
MULTIPLE DELIVERY ADDRESSES
We cannot deliver an order of multiple items to different delivery addresses. In this instance, you must order items separately and assign the different delivery addresses to each. Cerrone Jewellers reserves the right to refuse delivery to certain addresses if deemed necessary for security or logistical reasons.
SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT
All deliveries must be signed for and cannot be delivered to a PO Box. If you are not available to sign for the delivery, the courier may leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection from a local depot.
IN-STORE PICKUP
When purchasing online, you have the option to collect from your nearest Cerrone Boutique. Upon completion of payment, an email confirmation will be sent to advise when your order will be ready for collection. Valid ID and copy of your order confirmation is required. Cerrone Jewellers reserves the right to refuse release of the purchase if the provided documentation is deemed insufficient or fraudulent.
