What are the shipping options Cerrone offers?

Orders of $150.00 or over that are purchased online from Cerrone Jewellers are eligible for free shipping within Australia only. The price of the merchandise must meet the required amount to receive complimentary shipping. Any orders of $150.00 or under have an additional shipping fee of $25.00. We use Australia Express post with tracking and signature on delivery.

International orders will be charged international shipping rates. We use Fedex for worldwide shipping. International clients are responsible for applicable taxes.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the delicate nature of the Cerrone 50th Anniversary Book, additional shipping fees apply.

All deliveries must be signed for and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver an order of multiple items to different delivery addresses. In this instance, you must order items separately and assign the different delivery addresses to each.

We also offer the Cerrone in-store pick up service, which gives you the option to make a purchase online and pick up your order from your nearest Cerrone Boutique.

Can I ship to a Post Office box?

All deliveries must be signed for and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.

What is the Cerrone in-store pickup service?

The Cerrone in-store pick up service gives you the option to make a purchase online and pick up your order from your nearest Cerrone Boutique store. Upon completion of payment, we will send you an email confirmation and you will then be contacted to confirm when your order will be ready to pick up. Usually, orders are available on the next business day - 48hrs after receipt.

Please be reminded that the person who placed the order must pick up the item and will be required to provide valid ID and copy of your order confirmation in order to collect the order in-store.

How long will it take for my online order to be delivered?

Express Post delivery generally takes 2-4 business days within Australia. Shipping times can be longer to remote areas and during peak periods. We hold no responsibility for missing parcels once they have been dispatched from Cerrone.

All deliveries require signature on delivery.

Products may not be available for immediate delivery, but we will endeavour to deliver your order to you within five (5) to ten (10) working days of the order being placed.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver an order of multiple items to different delivery addresses. In this instance, you must order items separately and assign the different delivery addresses to each.

Can I track my Cerrone online order?

A shipping notification with tracking details and a tracking link will be sent via email after your order has been dispatched. You will receive shipping updates via Australia Express Post.

Will my Cerrone purchase arrive gift-wrapped?

All orders from Cerrone Jewellers will arrive in the signature Cerrone purple box, tied with Cerrone satin ribbon, unless you select the Eco-friendly packaging option at checkout.

During checkout, you will also have the option of writing a gift card message to add to your order enclosed in an envelope.

We also offer Cerrone gift receipts, which you can select at checkout.

Can I arrange Engraving for an item purchased online?

Selected items purchased online from Cerrone Jewellers are available for engraving. These items will be marked as “Engravable” on the product page, where you will enter your engraving message before you ‘add to cart’.

An engraving fee of $50 per item will apply. If your order has engraving, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for delivery.

RETURNS

What are Cerrone's Return Conditions?

If you would like to return an item within 30 days, you are welcome to exchange your item or we will offer a store credit. We do not offer full refunds. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, and must not show signs of wear or damage. Any signs of wear or damage may result in refusal of exchange.

Cerrone Jewellers do not offer returns or exchanges for certain items, including but not limited to:

  • the 50th Anniversary Commemorative Cerrone Book;
  • engraved items;
  • custom made/bespoke items;
  • items that have been altered or resized at the customer’s request;
  • earrings;
  • items purchased on sale or with a discount code; and
  • gift cards.

IN-STORE DEPOSITS AND LAYBY

Deposit for special makes cannot be refunded. Instalment payments must be paid fortnightly and paid in full upon completion of item(s).

A layby is valid for a period of three months with 30% deposit and regular fortnightly payments. Failure to do so will result in the layby being cancelled.  The layby cancellation fee is 20% of the total value of the purchase price of item(s).

CREDIT VOUCHERS & GIFT CERTIFICATES

Credit vouchers and gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.  The credit voucher and gift certificate can only be used off the RRP.  No further discount will apply.

What is the Returns Process & Processing Time?

To organise your return please email contact@cerrone.com.au for further instructions. Return shipping fee is at the customer's own cost. Once the parcel has been registered with Australia Post, Cerrone Jewellers are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

PROCESSING TIME

Once your return has been received, your exchange or credit note can take up to 10 business days (excluding weekends) to be processed by our Returns team. This time frame is an estimate and may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

What payment options does Cerrone offer for online purchases?

Cerrone accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Debit cards and Credit cards, Bank Transfers, PayPal, ApplyPay, GooglePay, ShopPay, and Buy Now Pay Later with AfterPay, PayPal, and ZipPay.

Can I book an in-store or a virtual call appointment for a jewellery consultation with an expert?

Our Cerrone Boutique experts would be honoured to assist you in choosing an engagement ring, selecting a unique jewellery piece, designing custom-made jewellery, or finding a unique jewellery gift for someone special.

You can Book a Consultation online for an appointment with one of our Boutique Jewellery & Gem experts in-store, or a video call if you are not able to visit our Sydney Boutiques.

Does Cerrone offer Complimentary Cleaning and Inspection Services on Diamond Rings?

We invite you to visit any of our Cerrone Boutique stores for ongoing complimentary cleaning services to ensure the full enjoyment of your precious Cerrone jewellery.

We recommend having your Cerrone jewellery cleaned and inspected once a year (1 year) or earlier if it undergoes any potential trauma. Inspections may help prevent the loss of a stone and extend the life of your jewellery.

This cleaning and inspection service is free of charge to Cerrone customers on their Cerrone jewellery pieces. Please bring your jewellery into a convenient Cerrone Boutique. Repairs to your ring mounting can also be done at this time and will be charged accordingly.

My Cerrone ring does not quite fit, can I get the Ring Resized?

With our complimentary ring resizing service, you can have peace of mind when purchasing an engagement ring or dress ring from the Cerrone Boutique online or in-store. Enjoy one complimentary ring resizing within 6 months of purchase of your Cerrone ring. The resizing must be up to one size bigger or 1 size smaller. In some cases, the ring style may prevent Cerrone from resizing the piece. We will assess your ring resizing at the time of your enquiry. Should the ring need to be resized more than one ring size, a charge will apply.

Can Cerrone redesign or remodel my existing jewellery?

Whether your existing jewellery is beyond repair or you desire a change of style, Cerrone would be honoured to remodel or redesign your individual pieces. At Cerrone we understand that all jewellery pieces to be potentially remade are very personal and hold precious sentimental value. Our professional and dedicated consultants will be with you every step of the way through your remaking journey, as we strive to bring your treasured piece back to life to be loved, adored and worn again.

Together we will inspect your existing piece to identify what you would like to preserve. From there, allow yourself to be inspired by the wonderful and exciting design options and concepts we present to you – the sky is the limit!

You may prefer to keep your existing old gold mount, or feel free to trade this in as payment towards your new piece (which will be accompanied by a complimentary certificate of valuation).

Non-Cerrone pieces are also warmly welcomed. We endeavour to create a personal long-term bond with our clientele, your trust in us is everything. Our standards for excellence and service go beyond your recent purchase or visit. We see it to be more than an investment in a beautiful piece of jewellery – it is also an investment in the care of your jewellery by the expert artisans at Cerrone. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for a major failure or if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.

What are Cerrone's Conditions of Sale?

We will gladly exchange or offer a store credit to the amount of the item(s) purchased within 30 days from the purchase date. Item(s) must be in the original condition as purchased.  No refund shall be given on change of mind purchases. Please see our Shipping & Returns Policy for more information on our Returns Conditions and Returns Process.
