Shipping & Returns
Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon dispatch of the goods. Products purchased online from Cerrone Jewellers are eligible for free shipping to Australia only. We use Australia Post or Australian Express and shipping is free within Australia. International orders will be charged international shipping rates. We use Fedex for worldwide shipping. International clients are responsible for applicable taxes.
If you would like to return an item within 30 days, we will offer store credit. We do not offer full refunds.
DELIVERY OF ITEMS SOLD ONLINE
Subject to this Agreement, we will supply to you the products shown on your order confirmation.
Products may not be available for immediate delivery but we will endeavour to deliver your order to you within five (5) to ten (10) working days of the order being placed. Unfortunately we cannot deliver an order of multiple items to different delivery addresses. In this instance, you must order items separately and assign the different delivery addresses to each.
All deliveries must be signed for and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. All items will be sent by Australian Air Express which will have a tracking number and proof of delivery. In the instance where you are unable to take delivery of your items in person or if you have not received them within a reasonable period please contact us for further instructions.
When buying online, you have the option to pick up your order from your nearest Cerrone Store. Upon completion of payment we will send you an email confirmation and the store will contact you directly to confirm when your order will be ready to pick up. Please be reminded that the person who placed the order may pick up the item and will be required to provide credit card used to purchase, valid ID and copy of your order confirmation.
