A Legacy Worn Through Generations
Today, on International Women’s Day, we honour the women whose strength becomes legacy.
This is Carmela’s grandmother’s ring.
She migrated from Italy in the early 1900s, building a new life from nothing and running a busy fruit shop in Petersham with courage and determination. Through hard work and resilience, she created opportunity for the generations that followed.
Crafted in 18ct yellow gold, the handmade woven design features a bezel-set round brilliant cut diamond.
She wore it proudly - a symbol of independence, strength and quiet achievement. Passed down to her daughter and now treasured as a fourth-generation family heirloom, this ring carries more than gold and diamond. It carries memory, sacrifice, love and legacy. Jewellery is not simply worn - it is inherited. It connects generations.
Heirloom pieces like this deserve to be cherished. Whether restoring, polishing, repairing, or redesigning inherited jewellery, our workshop is here to honour your story.

The cover image - family photographs and the ring passed down through generations - reflects love, perseverance, and enduring connection.
This International Women’s Day, we celebrate the women whose stories shape our own - and the jewellery that carries their legacy.
