Orders over $150.00 that are purchased online from Cerrone Jewellers are eligible for free shipping within Australia only. The price of the merchandise must meet the required amount to receive complimentary shipping. Any orders of $150.00 or under have an additional shipping fee of $25.00. We use Australia Express post with tracking and signature on delivery.  

We will gladly exchange or offer a store credit to the amount of the item(s) purchased within 30 days from the date of purchase. Item(s) must be in the original condition. 

For all online orders, you have the option to pick up your purchase from your nearest Cerrone Store. Upon completion of payment we will send you an email confirmation and the store will contact you directly to confirm when your order will be ready to pick up.

Please be reminded that the person who place the order may pick up the item and will be required to provide credit card used to purchase, valid ID and copy of your order confirmation.
