Orders over $150.00 that are purchased online from Cerrone Jewellers are eligible for free shipping within Australia only. The price of the merchandise must meet the required amount to receive complimentary shipping. Any orders of $150.00 or under have an additional shipping fee of $25.00. We use Australia Express post with tracking and signature on delivery.

We will gladly exchange or offer a store credit to the amount of the item(s) purchased within 30 days from the date of purchase. Item(s) must be in the original condition.

From concept to creation, the journey is a 4-6 week process, ensuring we create the perfect jewellery piece that will last for generations. Rest assured, if the ring size is not quite right, we offer one complimentary ring resizing within the first 6 months. To keep your Cerrone Jewellery looking beautiful, like new, we offer a complimentary annual Cerrone jewellery clean.
