For the first time the AFL Brownlow’s and NRL Dally M’s shared their night of nights ahead of the huge double Grand Final football weekend.

It was an epic evening where Sydney and Melbourne went heel to heel on the red carpet and CERRONE, Australia’s fist true luxury jewellery house, shone bright!

In Melbourne, Nadia Bartel wore a blush coloured Paolo Sebastian dress, accompanied beautifully by CERRONE diamond studs and a diamond-encrusted cocktail ring.

Model and partner of Sydney Swans’ Jarrad McVeigh, Clementine McVeigh donned an exquisite Monique Lhuillier dress paired with breathtaking CERRONE white gold Kunzite and diamond drop earrings and dress rings.

Carmela Cerrone and daughters, Desiree and Dominique hosted an intimate and exclusive Mother’s Day Champagne Lunch yesterday at the luxury jewellery house’s newly refurbished Grand Salon in Leichhardt for just over 70 mothers, daughters and even glamorous grandmothers – all clients and customers of Cerrone.

VOGUE Australia’s Editor-in-Chief, mother of two and a longstanding friend of the Cerrone Family, Edwina McCann, warmly welcomed guests to the inaugural event on behalf of the family and to the official launch of the Grand Salon. Carmela MCd a salon style showing of Cerrone friend, Carla Zampatti’s Spring/Summer 2015 Collection with shoes by Terry Biviano and make-up by Michael Brown for Estee Lauder.

In accordance with World Ovarian Cancer Day on May 8th, Carmela Cerrone showed her support of Ovarian Cancer Australia by designing a beautiful diamond pendant valued at over $10,000 which she donated to the foundation’s fundraising efforts. A major highlight of the day was the lunch prepared by chef, Mr Sean Connolly of The Morrison.

With a trophy design inspired by a classic Hollywood film, Royal Randwick's The Championships has turned Sydney's showpiece autumn horse racing carnival into a truly global event.

The Championships ambassador Francesca Cumani unveiled the 2015 trophy at Cerrone Martin Place yesterday in superb style.

Designed and created by Cerrone each trophy is valued at $50,000 and contains more than 2000 emeralds along with black and white diamonds.
